Teacher Grants

Teacher grants are a flagship program of the Union R-XI Foundation. Every year the Foundation invites faculty and staff members within the district to submit grant proposals. Shortly after the school year begins, the Foundation accepts applications for small grants whose purpose is to provide supplies and equipment in classrooms, buildings, or even across the district. The grantees are asked to use the funds for innovative, even out-of-the-box-thinking projects.
